Halco’s 3rd Qtr focus is to put the “Customer back in Service”.  You might ask, what does that mean?  Well…  we are not in the 1950’s anymore! Everyone we meet says customer service has gone downhill in recent years. Halco can make a difference in the one area we focus on – the Hook & Loop market. For the next 6 months we are making it a priority to bounce from state to state and actually meet our customers and prospects face-to-face.  We are not only meeting with them to show we care, but we are creating new opportunities and building long lasting relationships. So far this year we have been to 11 states and 1 other country and we are only half way done. What better way to say thank you than to meet face-to-face, get to know customer needs and create opportunities together that will build a relationship for a lifetime.  At trade shows we just get minutes… but by visiting we can really hit on key issues and fully demonstrate how Halco adds value to the Hook & Loop products we provide and can recommend solutions for every application.
