Halco donates to support the California Fire Foundation.

California fires continue to grow! Every donation helps.

As the wildfires continue to rage in California, we feel our responsibility to respond by donating funds to the California Fire Foundation as a way of giving back. The California Fire Foundation manages a variety of programs that provide assistance to the victims, firefighters, and communities that are affected by these wildfires.

28 major fires are currently active in California (as of 9/14/2020) with over 16,500 personal working around the clock to control them. These men and women on the front lines are fighting these raging fires tirelessly, day in and day out.  When catastrophic wildfires or natural disasters strike, many of our firefighters remain on the front lines, even as their own homes are lost.

Since the beginning of 2020, wildfires have burnt over 3.3 million acres in California, and to put that into perspective, that is larger than the state of Connecticut. This will be a record year for wildfires, and we trust everyone stays safe and out of harm’s way.

Our thoughts are with those affected by these wildfires and we will continue to support in every way possible.
