HALCO® R41 High Tack Adhesive Hook and Loop
HALCO® R41 High Tack Adhesive Hook and Loop is 100% woven nylon hook and loop pre-applied with a modified synthetic rubber adhesive that delivers the immediate grab of a natural rubber adhesive. The soft, 9–10 mil adhesive conforms to rough and irregular surfaces, with 8.4 lb/in minimum peel adhesion.
R41 was developed for substrates where conventional PSAs fail to wet out — and it has proven itself in military helmet assembly, bonding both interior padding and exterior loop panels to low-surface-energy shell materials and textured polyurea coatings.
Ideal for ballistic helmet assembly, tactical equipment, medical seating, mobility equipment, and fitness applications that frequently have challenging substrates.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® R41 Premium Adhesive Hook and Loop is manufactured from 100% woven nylon hook and loop with a modified rubber adhesive. The hook and loop closure delivers 1.12 lb/in peel and 22.7 lb/in² shear with good cycle life. The adhesive has 8.4 lb/in of peel adhesion and has very high tack on low surface energy and rough substrates. It is also available on most other Halco hook and loop products.
Available in 1/2″ to 6″ widths on 27.5-yard and 50-yard rolls. Custom slit widths and die-cut shapes available. Clear PET release liner.
