HALCO® Premium Woven Hook is a 100% woven nylon hook fastener engineered for higher peel strength and superior cycle life within a conformable, sew-friendly textile construction. At 2.59 lb/in peel strength — more than double the standard woven hook — it delivers industrial-grade engagement while maintaining the flexibility needed to sew directly to fabrics and flexible substrates.
Ideal for orthopedic supports, sporting goods, military and tactical gear, and industrial applications that need strong engagement without molded hook rigidity.
Also available in a flame retardant version.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® Premium Woven Hook is available in 1/2″ to 6″ widths on 27.5-yard, 50-yard, and 1100-yard rolls, slittable to custom widths. Die-cut shapes and cut lengths available. Supplied in black, white, and 18 standard colors with dye-to-match for custom colors.
Available plain back for sew-on applications with selvedge edges on both sides to prevent fraying, or laminated with pressure sensitive adhesives from 3M and other suppliers.
Delivers 2.59 lb/in peel and 15.06 lb/in² shear when paired with HALCO® Woven Nylon Loop, with superior cycle life — only 15% strength reduction at 2,000 cycles and 25% at 5,000 cycles.
