Halco’s adhesive hook and loop dots—also known as hook and loop coins or hook and loop circles—are widely used in packaging, display, graphics, medical, and industrial applications. These easy-to-apply fastener dots provide a quick, clean fastening method and are available with either rubber-based or acrylic-based adhesive depending on performance requirements.

Product Technical Data
Halco’s adhesive hook and loop fastener dots feature a synthetic rubber adhesive for simple peel-and-stick application to most substrates. Standard sizes range from 3/8″ to 2″, with custom die-cut sizes available up to 12″.
We can convert any of our woven or molded hook and loop materials into custom hook and loop coins, dots, or circles to fit your project requirements. Dots are typically supplied on single-wound rolls with a removable liner, or on cross-wound spools holding up to 20,000 dots for automated or high-volume packaging operations.

Halco is an expert at hook and loop die-cutting and can cut specific shapes very efficiently to match your design. We also slit and add custom liners to our materials to better match our customer’s assembly process.
Custom Packaging
Spool winding and planetary rolls
Halco offers a wide range of solutions when it comes to hook and loop dot packaging. We are able to die-cut coins onto single wound or crosswound spools to perfectly suit your needs. Halco is able to supply over 20,000 dots on a crosswound spool for automated machine applications.
