HALCO® Auto Loose Loop
HALCO® Auto Loose Loop is a loose knit polyester loop fastener used by automotive seat manufacturers to attach seat covers to foam. This product engages with both FR mushroom hook and molded hook fasteners, delivering high shear strength (114 lb/in²) for secure seat cover attachment in automotive, aerospace, bus, and rail seating applications.
The 38mm width features 16mm of loose loop down the center with 11mm selvage on each side, marked with industry-standard black guide stripes for alignment during manufacturing. Flame retardant to FMVSS302. Often compared to Velcro® Auto-Loop®. (Velcro® is a registered trademark of Velcro Companies.)

HALCO® Auto Loose Loop pairs with FR Mushroom Hook for high-strength seat cover attachment: 19.5 lbf peel, 114 lb/in² shear, 2.4mm engaged thickness. Supplied on 500-yard cross-wound spools for high-volume manufacturing with minimal changeovers.
Available in 38mm width (other widths available — contact Halco). White loop material with black guide stripes.
