Auto Mold-In Hook
Halco’s mold-In hook fasteners include both a shield-less and a gasket sidewall version for different seat designs. It features a high strength mushroom hook fastener that is aggressive with various loop styles in the market. Various types of backings are available to ensure the best foam adhesion. Both straight and curved versions are available to support your design flexibility. Halco also has the capability to die cut to any width from 10mm upwards allowing for a wide range of hook attachment strengths.

SHIELDLESS MOLD-IN = Features a polyurethane foam gasket surrounding the PP mushroom hook. The backing is made of a metal resin layer and polyester knit loop backing.
SHIELDED MOLD-IN = Features a disposable paper shield with metal resin embedded. Mushroom hook in PP with a polyurethane backing. Available in any width.
