Flame Retardant R9 Adhesive Hook and Loop
Halco’s flame retardant adhesive R9 is a high-performance synthetic rubber adhesive that bonds aggressively to nearly all substrates. This flame retardant hook and loop system performs well in direct sunlight and elevated temperatures on materials like polyacrylic and stainless steel. It is widely used in applications that require a fire retardant hook & loop fastener and complies with FAR and FMV safety specifications. It also meets several automotive industry standards.

Halco’s R9 flame retardant adhesive tape is engineered for easy peel-and-stick application and strong adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. Available in widths from 1/2″ to 6″, it can be custom-slit or die-cut to your exact specifications.
- Self-extinguishing flame retardant adhesive system
- High-performance bonding in heat and UV exposure
- Custom die-cutting and width slitting available
- Suitable for use with Halco textile and molded flame retardant hook and loop
- High Temp FR Adhesive Tape also available and can be laminated to any Halco FR hook or loop in specialty colors
