HALCO® Woven Nylon/Poly Hook and Loop
HALCO® Woven Nylon/Poly Hook and Loop is an economy-grade sew-on fastening tape constructed from a blended nylon/polyester weave with a polyurethane resin backcoating. It delivers reliable peel strength at a lower price point than full-nylon alternatives, with a lower profile suited to apparel, luggage, tarps, covers, banners, and disposable medical devices.
Best selected for sewn soft goods and low-cycle applications where cost matters more than extended reuse.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® Woven Nylon/Poly Hook and Loop is available in 1/2″ to 4″ widths on 27.5-yard and 50-yard rolls, slittable to custom widths. Die-cut shapes and cut lengths available.
Supplied in black or white with dye-to-match available for custom Pantone colors. Available plain back for sew-on applications or laminated with rubber or acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives. Ultrasonic welding is not recommended for this material.
Delivers 1.1 lb/in initial peel and 9.3 lb/in² initial shear, with approximately 30% strength reduction after 2,000 cycles.

Display & Graphics
For lighter weight banners and graphics that are replaced regularly, HALCO® Woven Nylon/Poly Hook and Loop and loop is a perfect solutions. This fastener has a low life cycle and perfect for disposable applications.
Contract Sewing
For some sewn soft goods, HALCO® Woven Nylon/Poly Hook and Loop is sufficient. This economy fastener exhibits a great peel and shear strength and is suitable for many contract sewing applications.
