HALCO® Z-Fold Double Face Loop
HALCO® Z-Fold Double Face Loop is a double-sided strap material with loop on both faces, allowing the strap to engage with hook fasteners from either side. Constructed from UBL (unbrushed loop) knit nylon fabric folded and secured with a zig-zag stitch, this product is soft, flexible, and designed for medical and sports strapping applications.
The double-face construction is commonly used for pull tabs, adjustment straps, and closures on orthopedic braces, sports supports, and wearable devices where the strap wraps around and attaches to hook on both the inside and outside surfaces. Available with dye-to-match colors and cut to length for strap fabrication. Latex free.

HALCO® Z-Fold Double Face Loop is available in 1″, 1.5″, and 2″ widths with custom widths available.
Supplied in black, white, or gray on 50-yard rolls, or cut to length for strap assembly. Can be cut using hot knife seal or cold cutting equipment.
