HALCO® Double-Sided Woven Loop
HALCO® Double-Sided Woven Loop features woven nylon loop on both faces, creating a spacer material that engages with hook on either side. This specialty product is commonly used in orthopedic bracing, prosthetics, and therapeutic devices where a soft spacer is needed between two hook-faced surfaces.
The double-loop construction provides adjustable positioning — the device can be lengthened or shortened by repositioning where each loop face engages with its mating hook surface. Ideal for functional bracing, cold/heat therapy wraps, and prosthetic interfaces.

HALCO® Double-Sided Woven Loop is available in 1/2″ to 4″ widths on rolls, slittable to custom widths. Die-cut shapes available for specific brace and device designs. Dye-to-match available for custom colors.
Performance depends on the mating hook material on each side. Common pairings include Standard Nylon Woven Hook (1.1 lb/in peel, 22.7 lb/in² shear) and Type 3 Molded Hook (2.6 lb/in peel, 29.9 lb/in² shear).
