HALCO® Hook and Loop Dots
HALCO® Hook and Loop Dots — also known as hook and loop coins or circles — are die-cut adhesive fasteners for packaging, display, graphics, signage, and light-duty industrial applications. Manufactured from 100% woven nylon hook and loop with pressure sensitive adhesive backing, these peel-and-stick fastener dots provide quick, clean attachment to most substrates.
Available with rubber or acrylic adhesive:
- Rubber (R4): Immediate grab, faster bond strength, lower cost. Best for indoor applications at temperatures up to 122°F. Ideal for print, display, tradeshow, and packaging.
- Acrylic (A8): Higher temperature resistance, better for long-term bonds and environments with temperature cycling or humidity.
Designed for high-volume packaging workflows, dots are supplied on single-wound rolls with removable liner or cross-wound spools holding up to 20,000 dots for automated dispensing.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® Hook and Loop Dots are manufactured from 100% woven nylon hook and loop, delivering 1.12 lb/in peel and 22.7 lb/in² shear with good cycle life. Available in standard sizes from 3/8″ to 2″ diameter, with custom die-cut sizes available up to 12″.
Halco can convert any woven or molded hook and loop material into dots, coins, or circles to match your application requirements.
