HALCO® A8 Adhesive Hook and Loop
HALCO® A8 Adhesive Hook and Loop is an acrylic peel-and-stick fastener engineered for applications requiring wide temperature range or long-term bond stability. Operating from -41°F to 248°F, this adhesive outperforms rubber in automotive, medical, and industrial environments subject to temperature cycling or harsh conditions.
Bonds to aluminum, glass, plywood, PET, stainless steel, polyacrylic, and rigid vinyl. Avoid flexible PVC and prolonged water contact.
Requires 48–72 hours for full cure. Once cured, delivers a durable long-term bond even under extreme environmental conditions. Ideal for automotive interiors, medical devices, orthotics, prosthetics, and military applications.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® A8 Adhesive Hook and Loop is manufactured from 100% woven nylon hook and loop, delivering 1.12 lb/in peel and 22.7 lb/in² shear with good cycle life.
Available in 1/2″ to 6″ widths on 27.5-yard and 50-yard rolls. Custom slit widths and die-cut shapes available. Clear PET release liner.
