HALCO® Double-Sided Woven Hook
HALCO® Double-Sided Woven Hook features woven nylon hook on both faces, creating a spacer material that engages with loop on either side. This specialty product is commonly used in orthopedic bracing, prosthetics, and therapeutic devices where a rigid spacer is needed between two loop-faced surfaces.
The double-hook construction provides adjustable positioning — the device can be lengthened or shortened by repositioning where each hook face engages with its mating loop surface. Ideal for cold/heat therapy wraps, orthopedic braces requiring length adjustment, and prosthetic interfaces.

HALCO® Double-Sided Woven Hook is available in 1/2″ to 4″ widths on rolls, slittable to custom widths. Die-cut shapes available for specific brace and device designs.
Performance depends on the mating loop material on each side. With knit loop — the most common pairing for medical applications — each face delivers 0.7 lb/in peel and 13.1 lb/in² shear at just 75 mils (1.9mm) engaged thickness per side.
