Heat Resistant Hook and Loop
Halco’s heat resistant hook and loop tape is a premium recloseable fastener engineered to perform under high temperatures. This high temperature hook and loop solution is ideal for demanding environments such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial settings—including insulation covers, welding apparel, and ARC protection gear. It is often evaluated as an alternative to Velcro® Brand Hi-AIR® Nomex® Hook & Loop Tape.

Halco’s heat-resistant PPS hook and loop tape for automotive and industrial use is available in widths from 1″ to 4″ and can be slit to any custom size. The plain back allows for easy sew-on application, making it suitable for garments, wraps, and other textile-based uses.
- Constructed from PPS, an alternative to Nomex® and Aramid
- Can be custom slit or die-cut
- Available with High Temp FR Adhesive Tape for bonded applications
- High temp stainless steel aramid alternative also available
This high temp hook and loop fastener is built for reliability in extreme heat—whether sewn into fabric or bonded with adhesive for secure, long-lasting performance.
