HALCO® Knit Elastic Loop
HALCO® Knit Elastic Loop features an unbrushed nylon loop with spandex insert, providing stretch and flexibility for medical, apparel, display, and industrial applications. The soft-touch surface is latex-free and safe for skin contact, making it ideal for orthopedic braces, wearable medical devices, compression garments, and adjustable apparel closures.
This elastic loop engages securely with a variety of hook styles. For best cycle life, pair with Soft Hook or Type 1 Low Profile Molded Hook. Frequently used in elastic strap assemblies where adjustability and comfort are required. Available with dye-to-match colors, printing, and optional silicone grip backings for branded or specialty products.

HALCO® Knit Elastic Loop is elastic through the full material thickness — no non-stretch backing — delivering true 210% elongation for comfortable, adjustable fit. Available in 3/4″, 1″, 1.5″, and 2″ widths, cut to any length. Supplied in black or white on 27.5-yard rolls. Latex free.
