HALCO® Medical Knit Loop
HALCO® Medical Knit Loop is a low-profile, skin-friendly knitted loop tape engineered for disposable and limited-use medical applications — surgical drape and gown closures, catheter and tube securement, wearable sensors, diagnostic devices, and single-use medical products. The knit construction is thin, conformable, and low-linting, suited to skin contact and frequent-adjustment use cases.
Designed to engage with HALCO® Medical Molded Hook. Available plain back for sew-on applications or laminated with a biocompatible synthetic rubber adhesive for direct bonding to device substrates.
ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity tested. EtO sterilization compatible.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® Medical Knit Loop is available in 1/2″ to 48″ widths, slittable to custom widths. Die-cut shapes and cut lengths available. Wide master widths enable conversion into laminated panels and die-cut components for large-format disposable assemblies. Supplied in Black and White.
Converted in Halco’s ISO 13485-certified facility with medical-grade clean room die-cutting available for clean assembly requirements.
