HALCO® Woven Nylon Hook and Loop
HALCO® Woven Nylon Hook and Loop is a general-purpose, sew-on fastening tape constructed from 100% woven nylon with selvedge edges on both sides to prevent fraying through repeated use. Its conformable textile construction sews directly to fabrics and flexible substrates — widely used in medical, military, transportation, industrial, and display applications where a reliable, standard-grade fastener is required.
Conforms to Mil-Spec AA-55126A for COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) military and defense applications. Also available in a flame retardant version.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® Woven Nylon Hook and Loop is available in 1/2″ to 7″ widths on 27.5-yard, 50-yard, and 1100-yard rolls, slittable to custom widths. Die-cut shapes and cut lengths available. Supplied in Black, White, and 18 standard colors with dye-to-match for custom color requirements.
Available plain back for sew-on applications, with weldable backing for compatible substrates, or laminated with rubber or acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives from 3M and other suppliers.
Delivers 1.12 lb/in peel and 22.7 lb/in² shear with excellent cycle life — only 50% strength reduction at 20,000 cycles.
