HALCO® R2 Premium Adhesive Hook and Loop
HALCO® R2 Premium Adhesive Hook and Loop is a peel-and-stick hook and loop tape with natural rubber adhesive backing for applications requiring higher bond strength and temperature resistance than standard R4 adhesive. The 14-mil adhesive delivers 8.4 lb/in peel adhesion — 25% higher than R4 — with aggressive initial tack and excellent long-term holding power.
Performs well at temperatures up to 140°F. Bonds to aluminum, stainless steel, and polyacrylic substrates. Avoid EVA, polycarbonate, polyethylene, and plywood. Designed for indoor applications; not recommended for direct sunlight or outdoor exposure.
Ideal for automotive interiors, medical seating, mobility equipment, and fitness applications where reliable long-term adhesion is critical.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® R2 Premium Adhesive Hook and Loop is manufactured from 100% woven nylon hook and loop, delivering 1.12 lb/in peel and 22.7 lb/in² shear with good cycle life.
Available in 1/2″ to 6″ widths on 27.5-yard and 50-yard rolls. Custom slit widths and die-cut shapes available. Clear PET release liner.
