HALCO® Soft Woven Hook
HALCO® Soft Woven Hook is a 6.5 Mil woven nylon hook engineered for applications that require easy-peel engagement, a soft textile hand feel, and gentle engagement against skin or soft substrates. The smaller, softer hook geometry trades shear strength for comfort and reduced abrasion, making it a preferred choice for medical, orthopedic, and personal care applications.
Best paired with HALCO® Knit Nylon Loop or HALCO® Unnapped Loop for maximum cycle life.
Also available in a flame retardant version.

Product Technical Data
HALCO® Soft Woven Hook is available in 1/2″ to 6″ widths on 27.5-yard, 50-yard, and 1100-yard rolls, slittable to custom widths. Die-cut shapes and cut lengths available. Available plain back for sew-on applications or laminated with pressure sensitive adhesives from 3M and other suppliers.
When paired with HALCO® Woven Nylon Loop, delivers 0.94 lb/in peel and 5.55 lb/in² shear. For applications prioritizing cycle life over initial engagement strength, pair with HALCO® Knit Nylon Loop or HALCO® Unnapped Loop.
