HALCO® Type 6 Medical Molded Hook
HALCO® Type 6 Medical Molded Hook is a white polyolefin hook fastener specifically designed for disposable medical devices and diagnostic applications. This product is engineered for single-use medical construction — with EtO sterilization compatibility, gamma radiation stability up to 45 kGy, and no natural rubber latex.
HALCO® Medical Molded Hook is supplied in plain-back form and can be laminated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive to match the requirements of the application. HALCO® R4 adhesive meets ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity standards and is suitable for general medical device assembly. For applications requiring medical-grade skin-contact or device-specific adhesives, Halco laminates PSAs from Solventum and Avery, including Solventum 1509 and Avery MED8345.
